The track layout of my third small N Gauge model railway is almost the same as my first. 

To simplify things as much as possible, I switched to wire in tube point control. It's more reliable and should be trouble free for years. 

I also changed from ballasting track after laying it, to using strong tape under each piece and sprinkling ballast onto this. It's much neater, which makes a big difference with N Gauge layouts.
